At Needlework Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused kits in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused kit, including all threads, needles, patterns, and fabric, back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are complete and resaleable, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
